Terms of use
What this site is, and what it commits to.
An evaluation request starts a conversation with an engineer. It is not an order, and nothing is committed on either side until terms are agreed in writing.

5 facts must be supplied before this page goes live
Everything else on this page describes what the site verifiably does. These cannot be derived from the code and were deliberately left blank rather than invented. Fill them in at src/content/legal.ts and this banner disappears, along with the noindex on the page.
- Registered legal name of the operating entity
- Registered address
- Governing law and venue for the terms
- How long an evaluation request is retained
- Address for privacy requests (or confirm the general one is used)
01Scope
These terms govern your use of this website and any evaluation request you submit through it. The site operator operates the site.
They do not govern the NexVDO SDK licence, the loan or sale of evaluation hardware, or any purchase. Those are agreed separately in writing, and where they conflict with this page, the signed agreement is what applies.
02What an evaluation request is
Submitting the form starts a conversation. An engineer reads the request and replies, normally within 48 hours, with a substantive answer about whether the SDK covers your pipeline and which platform fits.
It is not an order, a reservation, or an offer capable of acceptance. Nothing is committed on either side until terms are agreed in writing. The 48-hour figure is the target the team works to, not a contractual service level; published service levels, where they exist, are set out in the agreement covering an engagement.
If an evaluation proceeds, what ships, on what terms, and for how long are all set out in that agreement before anything is sent.
03Using this site
You may read, print and share this site freely, and quote from it with attribution.
Please do not submit the form with information that is not yours to send, use it to send unsolicited commercial messages, attempt to interfere with the site or its endpoints, or scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people. The form is rate-limited; sustained automated submission will be blocked.
04Accuracy of what is published here
Specifications, capability tables and availability statements on this site describe the product as it stands and change as it changes. Anything not yet published carries a visible status label rather than an implied promise.
Nothing here is a warranty. Where a figure matters to your decision, confirm it in the engineer's reply before relying on it — that is what the reply is for.
05Trademarks and third-party names
NVIDIA, Jetson and related marks belong to NVIDIA Corporation. Intel and x86 belong to Intel Corporation. Other product and company names on this site belong to their respective owners.
Naming a platform, partner or integration describes where NexVDO runs. It does not imply endorsement by that party beyond any partnership this site states explicitly.
06Liability
This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on information published on it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
07Governing law
Governing law and venue — to be supplied. This clause is deliberately blank rather than filled with a plausible jurisdiction.
08Contact
